Our Philosophy

Santa Cruz Pasta Factory was established with a goal to provide reasonably priced, homemade meals based on the daily preparation of fresh pasta and ravioli products.  We strive to use only the freshest ingredients in the preparation of all our meals, sauces, spreads and salads.

We have made a personal commitment to provide ongoing support to our local schools through the growth of our family-owned business. Our “Dinner’s In The Bag” program was established specifically to provide a comprehensive, balanced and healthy meal that can be prepared in minutes rather than hours.  Additionally, with every purchase of a “Dinner’s In The Bag” meal, we will donate $5 to a specific Scotts Valley school.  As our business grows we will continue to find opportunities to support our schools and local community.




About the Owners

Steve & Cathie Simmonovich have been Scotts Valley residents since 1998. They continue to raise their 3 children and feel extremely fortunate to have such a close knit, family oriented community. Santa Cruz Pasta Factory was created out of their passion for cooking and love of fresh pasta and ravioli. Steve and Cathie view this endeavor as a way to give back to a community that has given so much to them. They sincerely hope that their customers enjoy the fresh, wholesome meals as much as they do!
