About The Factory

Santa Cruz Pasta Factory has been producing handmade, fresh pasta, ravioli, and sauces since 2007 when Steve and Cathie Simonovich founded the Santa Cruz Pasta Factory in Scotts Valley, California. 


Originally a full service Italian restaurant and delicatessen, Santa Cruz Pasta Factory’s collection of over 40 products are made fresh daily and now sold at Farmers markets and groceries stores across the Bay Area.
